My moonshot would be rather than thinking about replacing bags -
ensuring the existing bags are taken from circulation properly.
The bags for lotto tickets initiative - for jan and Feb, bags are exchanged by weight for Lotto tickets.
My safe bet is -bags for the dunes - bringing in bags to be recycled for dune restoration fencing or batons.
I must admit I am skeptical about the use of creativity in this format, I find the process is too rushed and remote to be meaningful at this point.
